No, we are not dead. And we have not abandoned the site. Scott and I currently find our plates full with what life has to dish out to us. Scott is using permaculture to convert a Japanese retreat near mount Fuji into a more sustainable operation. I am selling off a vacation property to establish a permaculture farm in southern Ontario, Canada. Reports from these activities will appear in time. I'm doing fine, thanks. I am currently identifying local plants and mushrooms and researching their value as food or fibre. It turns out that many of the plants and mushrooms here have traditionally been used as food sources.
